Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Laporan Kinerja Emiten Semester I 2026 - Peningkatan
Pendapatan dan Perolehan Laba Usaha
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menyampaikan laporan keuangan (tidak
diaudit) untuk periode yang berakhir pada 30 Juni 2026 pada
bulan Juli 2026 lalu. Kondisi terkini, Perseroan mampu
meningkatkan pendapatan usaha sebesar 41,7% menjadi Rp
156,58 miliar. Seiring dengan peningkatan efisiensi
operasional, Perseroan mencapai turnaround dengan
perolehan Laba Usaha positif sebesar Rp 6,74 miliar. Kondisi
ini berdampak pada capaian Laba Tahun Berjalan yang dapat
diatribusikan kepada Pemilik Entitas Induk sebesar Rp 12,55
miliar. Perseroan saat ini sedang merampungkan fasilitas
pabrik dengan tingkat kerampungan lebih dari 83%. Fasilitas
ini dibangun untuk pencapaian target produksi tahun 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kondisi ini berdampak positif bagi Perseroan. Secara
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, penyelesaian pabrik baru memperkuat kapasitas
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan untuk mencapai target produksi tahun 2026. Untuk
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kondisi keuangan, tercapainya turnaround menjadi laba usaha
Perusahaan Publik sebesar Rp 6,74 miliar dan pertumbuhan pendapatan telah
memperkuat arus kas, likuiditas, dan struktur permodalan.
Tidak ada dampak hukum negatif. Secara keseluruhan
pencapaian ini berdampak positif bagi fundamental Perseroan,
baik untuk kelangsungan usaha maupun ekspansi jangka
panjang Perseroan.

Laporan Keuangan Perseroan untuk Semester Pertama 2026 telah disampaikan pada bulan Juli 2026. Informasi ini

Description of Material Information or The Company submitted its unaudited financial statements for
Facts the period ending June 30, 2026, last July. Currently, the
Company has successfully increased its operating revenue by
41.7% to Rp156.58 billion. Driven by improved operational
efficiency, the Company achieved a turnaround, recording a
positive operating profit of Rp6.74 billion. This performance
resulted in a profit for the year attributable to owners of the
parent entity of Rp12.55 billion. The Company is currently
finalizing its factory facility, which is more than 83% complete;
this facility is being constructed to meet production targets for
2026.
