Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk surat KSEI No. KSEI-24146/JKU/0926 tanggal 28
September 2026, dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa
Perseroan melalui PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
(KSEI) telah melakukan pembayaran bunga dan imbalan efek
Obligasi Berkelanjutan I dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I
Solusi Sinergi Digital Tahun 2026 SR A-C ke-1 (satu) kepada
pemegang Obligasi Berkelanjutan dan Sukuk Ijarah
Berkelanjutan melalui sistem C-BEST ke subrekening dari
pemegang rekening KSEI.
Pembayaran bunga dan imbalan tersebut dilakukan pada
tanggal 28 September 2026, sesuai dengan ketentuan bahwa
tanggal jatuh tempo 26 September 2026 bertepatan dengan
hari Sabtu, sehingga pembayaran dilakukan pada hari kerja
berikutnya, yaitu 28 September 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembayaran Bunga dan Imbalan Efek Obligasi Berkelanjutan I
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Solusi Sinergi Digital Tahun
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, 2026 SR A-C ke-1 (satu) telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau jadwal jatuh tempo dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Pelaksanaan
Perusahaan Publik pembayaran tersebut tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif
terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi
keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Sebaliknya, pembayaran tersebut merupakan bagian dari
pemenuhan kewajiban Perseroan kepada pemegang Obligasi
Berkelanjutan dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan, serta
mencerminkan kepatuhan Perseroan terhadap ketentuan yang
berlaku dan komitmen dalam memenuhi kewajibannya.

Type of Material Information or Facts on the Solusi Sinergi Digital Sustainable Bonds I and
Sustainable Sharia Bonds I Year 2026 Series A-C 1st (First)
Payment.
Description of Material Information or Referring to KSEI Letter No. KSEI-24146/JKU/0926 dated
Facts September 28, 2026, we hereby inform that the Company,
through PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), has
made the payment of interest and returns on the Solusi Sinergi
Digital Sustainable Bonds I and Sustainable Sharia Bonds I
Year 2026 Series A-C 1st (First) Payment to the holders of the
Sustainable Bonds and Sustainable Sharia Bonds through the
C-BEST system to the sub-accounts of KSEI account holders.
The payment of interest and returns was made on September
28, 2026, in accordance with the provision that the maturity
date of September 26, 2026 falls on a Saturday; therefore, the
payment was made on the following business day, September
28, 2026.
Impact of event, material information or The payment of interest and returns on the Solusi Sinergi
facts towards Issuers or Public Digital Sustainable Bonds I and Sustainable Sharia Bonds I
Company’s operational activities, legal, Year 2026 Series A-C 1st (First) Payment has been duly made
financial condition, or going concern in accordance with the scheduled maturity date and applicable
provisions. The payment does not have any negative impact
on the Company operational activities, legal aspects, financial
condition, or business continuity. On the contrary, the payment
constitutes part of the Company fulfillment of its obligations to
the holders of the Sustainable Bonds and Sustainable Sharia
Bonds, and reflects the Company compliance with applicable
regulations and its commitment to fulfilling its obligations.
Other Information
The Company submits this Disclosure of Information in compliance with Financial Services Authority Regulation
Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies.
