Bursa telah melakukan penghentian sementara (Suspensi) atas 32 (tiga puluh dua) Perusahaan Tercatat yang
sebelumnya memenuhi ketentuan III.1.6 Peraturan I-X berdasarkan SK Direksi Bursa nomor Kep-00035/BEI/06-
2025 tanggal 3 Juni 2025 karena telah berada dalam Papan Pemantauan Khusus selama lebih dari 1 (satu) tahun
berturut-turut.
Adapun daftar 32 saham Perusahaan Tercatat dimaksud adalah sebagaimana terlampir.
Dalam rangka efektifnya Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-X tanggal 28 September 2026, dasar Suspensi yang
sebelumnya disebabkan oleh Kriteria III.1.6 telah dicabut. Namun demikian, sehubungan masih terdapat penyebab
suspensi selain Kriteria III.1.6 Peraturan Nomor I-X untuk 32 Perusahaan Tercatat tersebut dan dalam rangka
menjaga perdagangan efek yang teratur, wajar dan efisien, maka Bursa Efek Indonesia memutuskan untuk tetap
melanjutkan Suspensi Perdagangan Efek.

The Exchange has imposed a securities trading suspension on 32 thirty two Listed Companies that previously met the
provisions of criterion III.1.6 of Peraturan No I-X pursuant to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Exchange
dated 3 June 2025 as such companies had remained on the Watchlist Board for more than one consecutive year.
The list of the 32 aforementioned Listed Companies is as attached.
Following the Amendment to the Rule Number I-X becoming effective on 28 September 2026, the basis for the
Suspension previously arising from criterion III.1.6 has been revoked. Nevertheless, as there remain other grounds for
suspension apart from criterion III.1.6 of the Rule Number I-X applicable to the 32 Listed Companies and in order to
maintain orderly, fair, and efficient securities trading, Indonesia Stock Exchange has decided to continue the
suspension of the respective Listed Companies.
