Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) antara PT Mitra
Investindo Tbk dan PT CNEC Engineering Indonesia
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan bersama CNEC INA telah menandatangani MOU
sehubungan dengan kerjasama pengembangan sumber daya
mineral dan layanan teknis dan kemitraan strategis pada
pengembangan penambangan 3 konsesi penambangan pasir
silika (Proyek Silika) yang dimiliki entitas anak Perseroan
maupun konsesi lain yang dimiliki Perseroan ke depan.
Tujuan utama MOU ini untuk menyusun kerangka kerja sama
yang saling menguntungkan antara Perseroan dan CNEC INA
untuk keberhasilan pelaksanaan semua tahapan
pengembangan Proyek Silika, mulai tahap pra-proyek,
termasuk pengambilan sampel pra-proyek, pekerjaan
eksplorasi dan studi kelayakan, penilaian pra-proyek, layanan
rekayasa dan teknis, hingga studi pengembangan, serta
keterlibatan strategis pasca-proyek.
Melalui MOU diharapkan dapat mengatur kerangka kerja yang
menjadi payung dalam tiga tahapan pekerjaan pengembangan
Proyek Silika, memfasilitasi pelaksanaan setiap tahapan
pekerjaan secara tepat waktu dan profesional, dengan
mengedepankan kerja sama, transparansi, dan penyelarasan
kepentingan para pihak, serta membangun landasan bagi
PARA PIHAK untuk menjajaki bidang kerja sama lebih lanjut,
termasuk pendanaan dan kemitraan komersial, setelah
suksesnya penyelesaian tahapan eksplorasi dan studi
kelayakan yang relevan.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi finansial, dan

Disclosure Information on the Signing of the Memorandum of
Type of Material Information or Facts Understanding between PT Mitra Investindo Tbk and PT
CNEC Engineering Indonesia
Description of Material Information or The Company and CNEC INA have signed the MOU
Facts cooperation in mineral resource development, technical
services and strategic partnership on the 3 silica concession
owned by the Companys subsidiaries (the Silica Project) and
other future concession may owned by the Company.
The primary purpose of the MOU is to establish a mutually
beneficial cooperation framework between the Company and
CNEC INA for the successful execution of all phases of the
Silica Project, encompassing pre-project sample analysis,
exploration and feasibility works, pre-project assessment,
engineering and technical services, development studies, and
post-project strategic engagement.
This MOU is intended to establish a governing framework that
umbrellas all three engagement phases of Project Silica;
facilitate the timely and professional execution of each
engagement phase, with cooperation, transparency, and
alignment of interests; as to create a foundation for the
PARTIES to explore further areas of cooperation, including
financing and commercial partnership, upon successful
completion of the applicable engagement exploration and
feasibility phases.
Impact of event, material information or The signing of the MOU do not affect any operational activities,
facts towards Issuers or Public financial conditions, sustainability of the company.
