ANNOUNCEMENT
We herby to announce that KPIGBQCU6A is exercised on 30 September 2026 and the structured warrant
holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per KPIGBQCU6A) (if the said amount is greater
than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 49 being the closing price of KPIG Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
