Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan jumlah keseluruhan
dana yang dihimpun selama periode Penawaran Umum
Berkelanjutan beserta alasan tidak tercapainya jumlah dana
yang direncanakan sebagai pemenuhan kewajiban Perseroan
berdasarkan ketentuan Pasal 11 POJK 36/2014.
1. Jumlah dana yang dihimpun selama periode PUB Sukuk
Ijarah Berkelanjutan II Moratelindo adalah senilai
Rp768.180.000.000 (tujuh ratus enam puluh delapan miliar
seratus delapan puluh juta Rupiah) dari target dana senilai
Rp3.000.000.000.000,- (tiga triliun Rupiah).
2. Jumlah dana yang berhasil dihimpun lebih rendah dari
jumlah dana yang direncanakan terutama dipengaruhi oleh
kondisi pasar yang berlaku, serta upaya efisiensi struktur biaya
pendanaan Perseroan.
Berdasarkan pertimbangan tersebut, Perseroan menetapkan
jumlah penerbitan Sukuk Ijarah sesuai hasil penawaran dan
kondisi pasar pada tiap tahap penawaran, sehingga tidak
seluruh jumlah Sukuk Ijarah yang direncanakan diterbitkan
selama periode Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perusahaan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Submission of the Report on the Results of the Continuous

Description of Material Information or The Company hereby submits the total amount of funds raised
Facts during the Continuous Public Offering period, along with the
reasons for the shortfall from the targeted amount in fulfillment
of the Company's obligations pursuant to Article 11 of POJK
36/2014.
1. The total amount of funds raised during the Continuous
Public Offering of Sukuk Ijarah II Moratelindo amounted to
Rp768,180,000,000 (seven hundred sixty-eight billion one
hundred eighty million Rupiah) compared to targeted amount
of Rp3,000,000,000,000 (three trillion Rupiah)
2. The amount of funds successfully raised was lower than the
targeted amount, primarily due to prevailing market conditions
and the Company's effort to achieve greater efficiency in its
financing cost structure.
Taking the foregoing considerations into account, the
Company determined the amount of Sukuk Ijarah to be issued
based on the results of the offering and prevailing market
conditions at each stage of the offering. Accordingly, not all of
the planned amount of Sukuk Ijarah were issued during the
Continuous Public Offering period.
