Merujuk pada:
1. Pengumuman Bursa nomor Peng-SPT-00008/BEI.PP1/08-2022 tanggal 1 Agustus 2022 perihal
Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Auditan yang Berakhir per 31 Desember 2021;
2. Surat Bursa nomor S-12372/BEI.PP1/09-2026 tanggal 23 September 2026 perihal Permintaan
Penjelasan dan Reminder Kewajiban; dan
3. Surat Keputusan (SK) Direksi Bursa nomor Kep-00139/BEI/09-2026 tanggal 25 September 2026
perihal Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-X tentang Penempatan Pencatatan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Pada
Papan Pemantauan Khusus.
Dengan belum adanya perkembangan yang signifikan dari perbaikan yang dilakukan PT Trinitan Metals
and Minerals Tbk (Perseroan) sehingga memberikan indikasi adanya suatu ketidakpastian material yang
dapat menyebabkan keraguan signifikan atas kemampuan Perseroan untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan
usahanya serta penempatan Perseroan di Papan Pemantauan Khusus karena kriteria III.1.5, Bursa
memutuskan untuk melakukan penghentian sementara perdagangan Efek Perseroan di Pasar Negosiasi
(sebelumnya sudah suspensi di Pasar Reguler & Pasar Tunai Periodic Call Auction). Dengan demikian,
Efek Perseroan dihentikan sementara perdagangannya di Seluruh Pasar terhitung sejak Sesi IV Periodic
Call Auction pada Rabu, 30 September 2026 hingga pengumuman Bursa lebih lanjut.
Bursa meminta kepada pihak-pihak terkait untuk selalu memperhatikan keterbukaan informasi yang
disampaikan oleh Perseroan.

In relation to:
1. Indonesia Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) Announcements No. Peng-SPT-00008/BEI.PP1/08-2022
dated 1 August 2022 concerning Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Auditan yang Berakhir per 31
Desember 2021;
2. The Exchange Letter No. S-12372/BEI.PP1/09-2026 dated 23 September 2026 concerning Permintaan
Penjelasan dan Reminder Kewajiban; and
3. Decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00139/BEI/09-2026 dated
25 September 2026, concerning the Amendment to Regulation Number I-X on the Listing Placement of
Equity Securities on the Special Monitoring Board.
Considering that there has been no significant progress in the business recovery efforts undertaken by
PT Trinitan Metals and Minerals Tbk (the “Company”), which indicates material uncertainty that may cast
significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and given the Company’s
placement on the Special Monitoring Board under Criterion III.1.5, the Exchange has decided to
temporarily suspend the trading of the Company’s Securities in the Negotiated Market (as trading in the
Regular Market and Cash Market under the Periodic Call Auction mechanism had previously been
suspended). Accordingly, trading in the Company’s Securities shall be temporarily suspended in All
Markets effective from Session IV of the Periodic Call Auction on Wednesday, September 30, 2026,
until further announcement by the Exchange.
All interested parties are advised to continuously pay attention to the information disclosures submitted by
the Company.
