member of ASTRA 7 (G UniTEb TRACTORS Rp2.000.000.000.000, terhitung tanggal 1 Juli 2026 sampai dengan 30 September 2026 (“Periode Pembelian Kembali Saham"), dengan ketentuan: i. jumlah saham yang akan dibeli kembali tersebut tidak akan melebihi 20” (dua puluh persen) dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan: dan ii. jumlah saham free float, setelah pelaksanaan pembelian kembali saham, paling sedikit 1596 (lima belas persen) dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan, (“Pembelian Kembali Saham”). Dana tersebut tidak termasuk biaya perantara pedagang efek dan biaya lain yang berkaitan dengan Pembelian Kembali Saham. Selama Periode Pembelian Kembali Saham, Perseroan telah melakukan Pembelian Kembali Saham sebanyak 57.974.100 lembar saham dengan nilai Rp1.423.636.104.912. With reference to the Company's Information Disclosure regarding the Plan for Share Buyback under Significantly Fluctuating Market Conditions dated 1 July 2026, it was disclosed that the Company would conduct a share buyback with a maximum amount of Rp2,000,000,000,000, starting from 1 July 2026 until 30 September 2026 (“Share Buyback Period”), provided that: i. the number of shares to be bought back will not exceed 204 (twenty percent) of the Company's issued and paid-up Capital: and ii. the number of free float shares, after completion of the share buyback, will be at the least 154 (fifteen percent) of the Company's issued and paid-up capital, (“Share Buyback”). Such funds exclude brokerage fees and other costs related to Share Buyback.
