AMMAN Prepares Governance Measures
Related to the Composition of the Board of Commissioners
Jakarta, 1 October 2026 – PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (“AMMAN” or the
“Company”) is preparing the necessary governance measures with respect to the
composition of the Company’s Board of Commissioners following an ongoing legal process
involving Mr. M. Teguh Pamuji.
Based on publicly available information, the matter currently under investigation relates to
a period prior to Mr. M. Teguh Pamuji’s appointment as a Commissioner of AMMAN in 2021.
The matter is not related to the Company or its business and operational activities.
Kartika Octaviana, Vice President Corporate Communications of AMMAN, stated that the
Company respects the ongoing legal process and will continue to monitor relevant
developments in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
“The Company is not in a position to comment on the substance of the matter. While
respecting the ongoing legal process, Mr. M. Teguh Pamuji will temporarily refrain from
carrying out his duties, responsibilities, and authorities as a member of the Company’s
Board of Commissioners,” said Kartika.
The Company will take the necessary steps regarding Mr. M. Teguh Pamuji’s position as a
member of the Board of Commissioners, including considering discussion of the matter at
a General Meeting of Shareholders, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and
the Company’s Articles of Association.
As a publicly listed company, AMMAN remains committed to implementing the principles
of good corporate governance, integrity, accountability, transparency, and compliance with
all applicable laws and regulations. The Company will continue to take the necessary
actions to maintain the trust and confidence of its stakeholders.
