Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan hormat,
Berikut kami sampaikan Ralat Pemanggilan Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) PT Jobubu Jarum
Minahasa Tbk ("Perseroan") yang akan diselenggarakan pada
hari Jumat, 2 Oktober 2026.
Ralat ini disampaikan sehubungan dengan adanya
penghapusan mata acara rapat mengenai Perubahan
Susunan Anggota Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan.
Dengan demikian, RUPSLB Perseroan diselenggarakan
dengan hanya membahas dan memutuskan 1 (satu) mata
acara tunggal, yaitu:
Persetujuan atas Perubahan Pasal 3 Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan dalam rangka penyesuaian dengan Klasifikasi Baku
Lapangan Usaha Indonesia 2025 (KBLI 2025).
Bersama ini kami turut melampirkan salinan dokumen dan
bukti iklan Ralat Pemanggilan RUPSLB Perseroan sebagai
kelengkapan administrasi.
Demikian laporan ini kami sampaikan. Atas perhatian dan

Description of Material Information or Dear Sir/Madam,
Facts
Herewith we submit the Correction to the Invitation of the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT
Jobubu Jarum Minahasa Tbk (the "Company"), which will be
held on Friday, October 2, 2026.
This correction is made due to the removal of the meeting
agenda regarding the Change in the Composition of the Board
of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company.
Therefore, the Company's EGMS will only discuss and resolve
1 (one) single agenda item, namely:
Approval of the Amendment to Article 3 of the Company's
Articles of Association in order to conform with the 2025
Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI 2025).
Attached please find the copy of the document and proof of the
EGMS Correction to the Invitation advertisement for your
reference.
