Informasi, Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek No. I-E concerning the Obligation to Submit Information,
Indonesia No.: Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 tanggal 12 as stipulated in the Attachment to the Decree of the
Desember 2025, dan Anggaran Dasar PT Sepatu Bata Tbk Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-
(“Perseroan”), dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan 00087/BEI/12-2025 dated 12 December 2025, and the
keterbukaan informasi atas pengunduran diri Direksi Articles of Association of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk (the
Perseroan. “Company”), the Company hereby submits this
disclosure of information regarding the resignation of
members of the Company’s Board of Directors.
Sehubungan dengan adanya rotasi jabatan di Bata In connection with the rotation of positions within the
Group, Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran Bata Group, the Company received a resignation letter
diri Bapak Ian Duncan Mcnab Cowe selaku Direktur from Mr. Ian Duncan Mcnab Cowe from his position as
Perseroan tanggal 30 September 2026. Sesuai dengan Director of the Company on 30 September 2026. In
Pasal 19.9 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan Pasal 8 ayat (3) accordance with Article 19.9 of the Company’s Articles of
POJK No. 33/2014, permohonan pengunduran diri Association and Article 8 paragraph (3) of OJK Regulation
tersebut akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang No. 33/2014, the resignation request will be resolved at
Saham Perseroan. the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders.
