Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material a) Bahwa berdasarkan keputusan RUPSLB Perseroan tanggal
14 September 2026 (Mata Acara Ketiga), sebagaimana
dinyatakan dalam Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat No. 11,
tanggal 14 September 2026 yang dibuat di hadapan Selo
Selvieana, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Kota Jakarta Selatan,
RUPSLB telah menyetujui perubahan nama Perseroan dari
"PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk" menjadi "PT Remitra
Global International Tbk" dan perubahan Pasal 1 ayat (1)
Anggaran Dasar Perseroan;
b. Bahwa RUPSLB menegaskan perubahan nama tersebut
berlaku efektif sejak tanggal keputusan Menteri Hukum
Republik Indonesia;
c. Bahwa Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia telah
menerbitkan Keputusan No. AHU-0102620.AH.01.02.TAHUN
2026 tanggal 1 Oktober 2026 tentang Persetujuan Perubahan
Anggaran Dasar Perseroan Terbatas PT Remitra Global
International Tbk, yang berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkan,
sehingga perubahan nama Perseroan berlaku efektif sejak
tanggal 1 Oktober 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi atau fakta material yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kondisi dan kinerja keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or a. Whereas based on the resolutions of the EGMS of the
Facts Company dated September 14, 2026 (Third Agenda Item), as
restated in the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolutions No.
11, both dated September 14, 2026 and made before Selo
Selvieana, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in South Jakarta, the EGMS
approved the change of the Company's name from "PT Mitra
Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk" to "PT Remitra Global
International Tbk" and the amendment of Article 1 paragraph
(1) of the Company's Articles of Association;
b. Whereas the EGMS confirmed that the change of name is
effective from the date of the decree of the Minister of Law of
the Republic of Indonesia;
c. Whereas the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia
has issued Decree No. AHU-0102620.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026
dated October 1, 2026 concerning the Approval of the
Amendment to the Articles of Association of the Limited
Liability Company PT Remitra Global International Tbk, which
is effective from the date of its issuance, such that the change
of the Company's name is effective from October 1, 2026.
