Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Bahwa Perseroan telah melaksanakan Penambahan Modal
Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu ("PMTHMETD")
berdasarkan hasil keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Luar Biasa Perseroan tanggal 14 September 2026
sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Akta Berita Acara Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa No. 10 tanggal 14
September 2026, yang dibuat di hadapan Selo Selvieana,
S.H., M.Kn, Notaris di Jakarta;
2. Bahwa Perseroan telah menerbitkan dan mencatatkan
sebanyak 1.024.490.000.000 saham tambahan dengan harga
pelaksanaan Rp1 (satu Rupiah) per saham pada tanggal 30
September 2026;
3. Bahwa setelah pelaksanaan PMTHMETD, jumlah modal
saham yang ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan meningkat
dari 5.500.000.000 lembar saham menjadi 1.029.990.000.000
lembar saham;
4. Bahwa hasil pelaksanaan PMTHMETD tersebut telah
dituangkan dalam Pengumuman Hasil Pelaksanaan
Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih
Dahulu tanggal 2 Oktober 2026 ("Pengumuman Hasil
Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD").
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi atau fakta material yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kondisi dan kinerja keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan.

Announcement of the Results of the Capital Increase Without

Description of Material Information or 1. Whereas the Company has carried out the Capital Increase
Facts Without Pre-emptive Rights ("PMTHMETD") based on the
resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company dated 14 September 2026, as
stated in the Deed of Minutes of the Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders No. 10 dated 14 September 2026,
drawn up before Selo Selvieana, S.H., M.Kn, Notary in
Jakarta;
2. Whereas the Company has issued and listed
1,024,490,000,000 additional shares at an exercise price of
Rp1 (one Rupiah) per share on 30 September 2026;
3. Whereas, following the PMTHMETD, the Company's issued
and paid-up share capital increased from 5,500,000,000
shares to 1,029,990,000,000 shares;
4. Whereas the results of the PMTHMETD have been set out
in the Announcement of the Results of the Capital Increase
Without Pre-emptive Rights dated 2 October 2026
("Announcement of the Results of the PMTHMETD").
