Selanjutnya, pengunduran diri tersebut akan dimintakan persetujuan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan. With reference to: 1. Article 11 and Article 12 of OJK Regulation No. 17 of 2023 concerning the Implementation of Corporate Governance for Commercial Banks: and 2. Article 8 and Article 9 of OJK Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies. We hereby inform you that, on 2 October 2026, the Company received a resignation letter from Mr. Eri Budiono from his position as a President Director of the Company.
