dengan PT Cabot Indonesia (“PT CI”) dan PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur (“PT KSI”)
Merujuk kepada (i) Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”) No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tanggal 16
Desember 2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan
Publik (“POJK 31/2015”) sebagaimana terakhir diubah sebagian oleh Peraturan OJK Nomor 45 Tahun
2024 tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Emiten dan Perusahaan Publik (“POJK 45/2024”) dan
(ii) Peraturan Nomor I-E, Lampiran Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Jakarta No. Kep-
00087/BEI/12-2025 tertanggal 12 Desember 2025 tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi
(“Peraturan BEI No. I-E”), dengan ini kami untuk dan atas nama perusahaan menyampaikan Laporan
