Penjelasan:

Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau
Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka,

Dan Perseroan telah melakukan Keterbukaan Informasi sesuai ketentuan melalui penyampaian
laporan secara berkala mengenai Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham
Perseroan yang disampaikan kepada Publik.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Penjelasan :

Sampai dengan saot surat Ini disampaikan, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
tindakan Korporasi dalam waktu dekat (dalam 3 bulan mendatang), termasuk rencana Korporasi yang
akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.

Dan sehubungan dengan pascapengambilalihan Perseroan oleh pengendali baru (PT Sinergi Inti
Andalan Prima Tbk atau “INET") dimana INET akan melakukan kewajiban penawaran tender wajib
dengan jadwal masih bersifat tentatif mengingat hal ini sangat bergantung pada turunnya
persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan atas dokumen yang telah disampaikan sebelumnya oleh
INET.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama
dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Penjelasan :

Corporate Secretary telah berkoordinasi dengan pemegang saham utama Perseroan mengenai
rencana PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk atau “INET" terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan,

Sepanjang infarmasi yang diterima dari INET, INET senantiasa mempertahankan kepemilikannya
bahkan dalam hal terjadi situasi tertentu seperti turunnya harga saham Perseroan dibawah fair value,
INET mungkin dapat melakukan peningkatan kepemilikannya

Dan Perseroan sebagai perusahaan publik akan selalu berkomitmen untuk menyampaikan Keterbukaan
Informasi sesuai dengan aturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang keterbukaan
informasi atau fakta material oleh emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, serta Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 dan Kep-00087/BE1/12-2025 tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi.

Responding to the letter from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) number 5-02922/BEI.PP1/03-2026 dated
March 5, 2026 regarding Reguest for Explanation on Securities Transaction Volatility, in accordance with
the price fluctuations and securities transaction activities of PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (“the Company”)
from the period of February 26, 2026 to March 3, 2026, we hereby, for and on behalf of the Company,
provide the following response:

1. Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the campany's
securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in the Financial Services. Authority
Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers
or Public Companies?

Explanation:

The Company is not aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the
Company's securities orinvestors' Investment decisions as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers
or Public Companies. The Company has disclosed information in accordance with the provisions, and
there are no events, information ar material facts that have not been disclosed to the public.

2. Whether the Company is aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the
company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Regulation Number I-E:
Obligation to Submit Information provisions point I!I.2.1. and IV.2.1. Attachment to the Decree of the
Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BE1/01-2021?

Explanation:

To the knowledge of the Company, the Company Is not aware of any information or material facts that
may affect the value of the Company's securities or investors' investment decisions. The Company has
submitted periodic and incidental reports and conducted Information Disclosure in accordance with
the provisions to the Public, and there.are also no events, information or material facts that have not
been submitted to the public by the Campuny.

3. Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the
Company's securities and the survival of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public?

Explanation:

To the knowledge of the Campany, there is no important Information/facts/events that are material
and may affect the price of the Company 's shares and the sustainability of the Company that have.not
been disclosed to the public

Explanation:

The Company is not aware of the activities af certain shareholders as stipulated in the Financial
Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding Ownership Reports or Any Changes
in Share Ownership of Public Companies.

And the Company has conducted Informatian Disclosure through the submission of periodic reports
regarding the Ownership Report or Any Change in the Company's. Share Ownership submitted to the
Public.

5. Does the Company have any plans to conduct corporate actions in the near future, including corporate
plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next
3 months)?

Explanation:

As of the date this letter is submitted, the Company has no plans to conduct any corporate actians in
the near future (at least in the next 3 months), including corporate plans that will result in the Isting
of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange.

And in regards to the post-acgulsition of the Company by the new controlling shareholder (PT Sinergi
Inti Andalan Prima Tbk ar “INET"), INET will proceed with its mandatary tender offer obligation with d
tentative schedule, os this is highly dependent on the approval of the Financial Services Authority of
the documents previously submitted by INET.

6. Plans of major shareholders related to their share ownership in the Company. In this regard, please
let the Corporate Secretary inguire in advance to the major shareholders in answering the
confirmation.

Explanation:

The Corporate Secretary hos coordinated with the major sharehalders of the Company regarding the
plans of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk or “INET" in relation to their shoreholding In the Company.
As far as the information received from INET, INET continues to maintain its ownership even in certain
situations, such as when the Company's share price falls below fair value, INET may be able to increase
its ownership.

And the Company as a public company will always be committed to submitting Information Disclosure in
accordance with the rules of the Financial Services Authority Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding the
disclosure of information or material facts by issuers or Public Companies, and the Decree of the Board of
Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BE!/01-2021 and Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 regarding the
Obligation to Submit Information.
