Pembayaran Obligasi Berkelajutan II SPINDO Tahap I 2023
Seri B dan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan II SPINDO Tahap I
Tahun 2023 Seri B atas rencana pembayaran pokok Obligasi
senilai Rp211.300.000.000,- (Dua ratus sebelas miliar tiga
ratus juta Rupiah) dan Sukuk sebesar Rp141.100.000.000,-
(Seratus empat puluh satu seratus juta Rupiah), berikut kami
sampaikan Laporan Kesiapan Dana Obligasi dan Sukuk
tersebut. Sebelum kami menjelaskan mengenai rencana
pembayaran, perkenankan kami memberikan sedikit
gambaran mengenai kinerja PT Steel Pipe Industry of
Indonesia Tbk selama tahun fiskal 2025 dan kondisi makro
yang mempengaruhi.

2023 Series B and SPINDO Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan II
Phase I Year 2023 Series B, related to the planned principal
repayment of Bonds amounting to Rp211,300,000,000 (Two
hundred eleven billion three hundred million Rupiah) and
Sukuk amounting to Rp141,100,000,000 (One hundred forty-
one billion one hundred million Rupiah), we hereby submit the
Report on the Readiness of Funds for the Bonds and Sukuk.
Before we explain the payment plan, please allow us to
provide a brief overview of the performance of PT Steel Pipe
Industry of Indonesia Tbk during fiscal year 2025 and the
macroeconomic conditions that have influenced it.
