Press Release
Elnusa Records Revenue of IDR 14.5 Trillion in 2025, Business
Transformation Strengthens Fundamentals and Market Confidence
Jakarta, 5 March 2026 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), an integrated energy services company under Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding, recorded positive
performance throughout the 2025 fiscal year with operating revenue reaching IDR 14.5 trillion, representing an approximately 8% increase year-on-year.
This achievement reflects the Company’s consistent business transformation through strengthened operations, continuous efficiency improvements, and
disciplined risk management amid the dynamic energy industry landscape.

The revenue growth was accompanied by solid profitability performance. Throughout 2025, Elnusa recorded EBITDA of IDR 1.5 trillion and net profit of IDR
718 billion, demonstrating the Company’s ability to maintain quality growth while continuously strengthening its business fundamentals.

President Director of Elnusa, Litta Ariesca, stated that this achievement is the result of a transformation strategy focused on strengthening service
capabilities, operational efficiency, and delivering greater value to customers. “Over the past few years, Elnusa has consistently strengthened its business
foundation through enhanced technological capabilities, optimization of its service portfolio, and strong operational discipline. These efforts have been key
in maintaining healthy performance while reinforcing stakeholder confidence in the Company’s growth direction,” she said.

Elnusa’s performance is supported by its integrated business portfolio, comprising Integrated Upstream Oil & Gas Services, Energy Distribution & Logistics
Goods and Services Sales, and Oil & Gas Support Services. Throughout 2025, the Energy Distribution & Logistics Goods and Services Sales segment became
the largest contributor, accounting for approximately 60% of total revenue, followed by Integrated Upstream Oil & Gas Services at 28%, and Oil & Gas
Support Services at 12%. This composition reflects the resilience of Elnusa’s business model in delivering integrated services across the upstream to
downstream segments of the energy industry.

In terms of financial position, the Company recorded total assets of IDR 10.9 trillion and equity of IDR 5.3 trillion, with operating cash flow reaching IDR 1.7
trillion. The Company also maintained a Net Profit Margin of 5.0%, indicating its ability to sustain profitability amid the evolving dynamics of the energy
sector.

Market confidence in Elnusa’s fundamentals and transformation direction is also reflected in the performance of the Company’s shares on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange. As of early March 2026, ELSA shares have recorded significant year-on-year growth and reached their highest price level since the Company’s
listing in 2008. This movement reflects increasing investor attention to Elnusa’s business fundamentals and growth prospects.

Strengthened market perception has also been supported by the upgrade of the Company’s credit rating by PEFINDO to idAA+ in 2025. As a publicly listed
company, Elnusa continues to uphold strong corporate governance, transparency in information disclosure, and open communication with investors and
stakeholders in accordance with capital market regulations.

Looking ahead, Elnusa will continue its transformation through strengthened innovation, enhanced technological capabilities, and optimization of synergies
within the Pertamina Group ecosystem to ensure sustainable growth while supporting national energy resilience. “Elnusa will continue to focus on
strengthening its corporate fundamentals, advancing technological capabilities, and achieving operational excellence in order to create sustainable value
for shareholders while contributing meaningfully to Indonesia’s energy industry,” Litta concluded.
