5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
   termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa

   Does the Company have plans to take corporate action in the near future, including corporate plans
   that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next
   3 months)?

   Perseroan saat ini sedang dalam tahap penjajakan untuk melakukan suatu rencana aksi korporasi
   berupa divestasi salah satu anak usaha dan mungkin saja rencana aksi korporasi tersebut dapat
   dilakukan dalam jangka waktu 3 bulan mendatang. Sampai dengan terlaksananya rencana aksi
   korporasi tersebut, Perseroan akan senantiasa mematuhi seluruh peraturan perundang-undangan
   yang berlaku.
   The Company is currently exploring a potential corporate action involving the divestment of one of its
   subsidiaries and such corporate action may possibly be implemented in the next 3 months. Until such
   corporate action is implemented, the Company will continue to comply with all applicable laws and
   regulations.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
   mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama
   dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.
   Plans of main shareholders related to their share ownership in the Company. In this case, please ask
   the Corporate Secretary to ask the controller and main shareholder first to answer the confirmation.

   Pengendali sekaligus pemegang saham utama Perseroan yaitu PT Batu Investasi Indonesia tidak
   memiliki rencana terhadap kepemilikan sahamnya dalam Perseroan dalam waktu dekat.
   The controller and main shareholder of the Company, namely PT Batu Investasi Indonesia, has no
   plans regarding its share ownership in the Company in the near future.
