Dampak Kejadian, Informasi atau Fakta Material Tersebut Terhadap Kegiatan Operasional, Hukum, Kondisi Keuangan atau Kelangsungan Usaha Perseroan: Tidak terdapat dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan. 2. Date of Event: March 4, 2026. Type of Information or Material Fact: Income in the form of dividends received by PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna, in which the Company holds a 99.9946 shares eguity interest (“TKTW”). Description of Information or Material Fact: TKTW received dividends of Rp7.998,222,222.00 from PT Tirtakencana Batamindo, in which the Company holds a 99.9946 indirect share ownership through TKTW. The Impact of the Incident, the Information or Material Fact to the Activities of Operational, Legal, Financial Condition or Business Continuity of the Company: There is no material impact of the incident, the information or material fact to the activities of operational, legal or financial condition or the business continuity of the Company.
