kegiatan usaha Venture Builder
Perseroan.
Startup bentukan WGS Ventures, Blue
Phoenix Industries (www.bluephoenix.id),
telah menerima pembayaran perdana
pada tanggal 2 Maret 2026 dari mitra
manufaktur dalam kerjasamanya
memasok pellet plastik daur ulang (rPET)
kepada salah satu perusahaan
multinasional di industri Air Minum
Dalam Kemasan (AMDK).
Kemitraan ini ditujukan untuk
mendukung pemenuhan komitmen
Environmental, Social, and Governance
(ESG) bagi pelanggan, termasuk
kontribusi terhadap pencapaian program
target carbon credit.
Model bisnis yang dikembangkan
BluePhoenix merepresentasikan
implementasi nyata ekonomi sirkular.
Botol plastik pasca-konsumsi
dikumpulkan, diolah menjadi flakes yang
bersih dan homogen, kemudian
diproduksi lebih lanjut menjadi pelet
plastik berkualitas food-grade. Pelet ini
digunakan sebagai bahan baku botol
baru, sehingga menciptakan lingkaran

daur ulang dan mengurangi
ketergantungan industri terhadap plastik
virgin (vPET).
Penggunaan bahan daur ulang
memberikan manfaat lingkungan yang
signifikan, termasuk potensi penurunan
jejak karbon (carbon footprint) hingga
lebih dari 70% serta peluang percepatan
pencapaian target keberlanjutan global.
Berdasarkan studi ‘cradle-to-gate’ oleh
Silva et al. (2024), transisi dari vPET ke
rPET menunjukkan penurunan dampak
lingkungan yang signifikan pada kategori
Global Warming. Penggunaan rPET dalam
bentuk flake mampu memangkas jejak
karbon hingga 81%. Secara kuantitatif,
untuk setiap kilogram virgin PET yang
diproduksi, alternatif rPET hanya
menghasilkan emisi sekitar 19% hingga
31% CO2 eq, sebuah angka krusial untuk
mendukung target keberlanjutan dan net-
zero emission.
Description of Information The Company hereby informs its
shareholders and investors regarding
developments in the Venture Builder
business activities of the Company.
A startup established by WGS Ventures,
Blue Phoenix Industries
(www.bluephoenix.id), received its first
payment on March 2, 2026 from its
manufacturing partner under a
collaboration to supply recycled plastic
pellets (rPET) to a multinational company
in the bottled drinking water industry.
This partnership is intended to support
the customer’s Environmental, Social, and
Governance (ESG) commitments,
including contributions toward achieving
carbon credit targets.

The business model developed by Blue
Phoenix represents a practical
implementation of the circular economy.
Post-consumer plastic bottles are
collected and processed into clean and
homogeneous flakes, which are then
further manufactured into food-grade
recycled plastic pellets. These pellets are
used as raw materials for new bottles,
thereby creating a closed-loop recycling
system and reducing the industry’s
dependence on virgin plastic (vPET).
Based on a “cradle-to-gate” study by Silva
et al. (2024), the transition from vPET to
rPET shows a significant reduction in
environmental impact within the Global
Warming category. The use of rPET in
flake form can reduce carbon footprint by
up to 81%. Quantitatively, for every
kilogram of virgin PET produced, the rPET
alternative generates only around 19% to
31% CO₂ equivalent emissions, a critical
figure in supporting sustainability targets
and net-zero emission commitments.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Venture ini diperkirakan memiliki estimasi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan volume penjualan awal sekitar 300 ton
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, per bulan dengan siklus cash-to-cash
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau sekitar 30 hari.

tambahan kontribusi terhadap
pendapatan dan laba kotor konsolidasian
sekitar 40%.

The Company estimates this initiative
may contribute additional consolidated
revenue and gross profit of approximately
40%.
5. Sumber Dana Kebutuhan modal kerja untuk
mendukung kegiatan usaha BluePhoenix
tersebut diperoleh melalui fasilitas
Demand Loan perbankan, yang plafonnya
telah ditingkatkan pada bulan Desember
2025 menggunakan jaminan pribadi aset
properti milik Komisaris Utama. Struktur
pendanaan ini memungkinkan
pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional tanpa
mengganggu likuiditas utama Perseroan.
Source of Funds The working capital required to support
BluePhoenix business activities is
obtained through a bank Demand Loan
facility, the limit of which was increased
in December 2025 and secured by a
personal property asset owned by the
President Commissioner. This financing
structure enables the Company to execute
its operational activities without
disrupting the Company’s core liquidity
position.
6. Risiko dan Mitigasi Resiko utama kegiatan usaha ini adalah
ketergantungan terhadap mitra
manufaktur dalam rantai pasok. Apabila
kegiatan usaha mitra manufaktur
terganggu, hal tersebut berpotensi
mempengaruhi kelangsungan kerja sama
yang sedang berjalan.
Namun, baik bahan baku maupun produk
pellet daur ulang yang dihasilkan memiliki
karakteristik komoditas industri yang
dapat dipasarkan kepada pembeli lain,
termasuk perusahaan AMDK maupun
konsumen industri lainnya.
Risk and Mitigation The primary risk associated with this
business activity relates to dependency on

the manufacturing partner within the
supply chain. Should the partner’s
operations be disrupted, such
circumstances may affect the continuity
of the ongoing collaboration.
Nevertheless, both the raw material and
the recycled plastic pellets produced
possess industrial commodity
characteristics and can be marketed to
alternative buyers, including bottled
water manufacturers and other industrial
customers.
