Berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 22/POJK.02/2018 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 3/POJK.02/2014 Tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Pungutan Oleh Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan, bersama surat ini kami mengkonfirmasi bahwa PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk
(“Perseroan”) tidak terdapat kelebihan ataupun kekurangan bayar biaya pendaftaran Penawaran Umum
Berkelanjutan Obligasi Berkelanjutan V WOM Finance (“PUB V”), dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
Based on Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 22/POJK.02/2018 concerning Amendments to
Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 3/POJK.02/2014 regarding Procedures for the Collection of
Levies by the Financial Services Authority, we hereby confirm that PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk
(the “Company”) has neither overpaid nor underpaid the registration fee for the Continuing Public
Offering of WOM Finance Sustainable Bonds V (“PUB V”), with the details as follows:

Berkelanjutan (PUB) Efek Bersifat Utang dan/atau Sukuk pasal 11 ayat 1 dan 2 perihal pelaporan dana yang
dihimpun dalam periode PUB V kurang dari yang direncanakan, melalui surat ini kami memutuskan untuk
tidak melakukan penerbitan tahap berikutnya dari PUB V dan mengakhiri PUB V tersebut, serta mengajukan
permohonan untuk dapat menutup Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi Berkelanjutan V WOM Finance,
dengan pertimbangan akan dilakukannya pembukaan Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan yang baru, guna
memaksimalkan potensi mendapatkan pendanaan dari pasar modal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Perseroan
dalam 2 tahun ke depan serta menjaga kesinambungan akses pendanaan tersebut.

With reference to Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 36/POJK.04/2014 concerning Continuous Public Offerings (PUB) of Debt Securities and/or Sukuk, particularly Article 11 paragraphs (1) and (2) regarding the reporting of funds raised under PUB V that were lower than originally planned, the Company hereby resolves not to proceed with any subsequent issuance under PUB V and to formally terminate PUB V, and accordingly submits its request to close the Continuous Public Offering of WOM Finance Sustainable Bonds V, considering the Company’s plan to launch a new Continuous Public Offering in order to optimize funding potential from the capital market to support its financing needs over the next two years and to ensure continued access to sustainable funding sources.
