dengan Rencana Perubahan seluruh Penggunaan Dana Hasil
Penawaran Umum Terbatas dalam rangka Penambahan
Modal Dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih
Dahulu I Perseroan Tahun 2025 (PMHMETD I), sebagaimana
diatur dalam Pasal 16 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
Nomor 40 Tahun 2025 tentang Penggunaan Dana Hasil
Penawaran Umum (POJK40/2025).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Rencana Perubahan Penggunaan Dana ini merupakan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan langkah strategis Perseroan untuk mempercepat
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pengembangan layanan broadband melalui proyek FWA yang
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau lebih adaptif dan efisien. Perubahan ini diharapkan dapat
Perusahaan Publik mempercepat perolehan pendapatan, mengoptimalkan
pemanfaatan spektrum 1,4 GHz sebagai aset strategis, serta
tetap menjaga struktur keuangan Perseroan yang sehat.
Secara keseluruhan, langkah ini diharapkan memberikan
dampak positif terhadap kinerja usaha dan nilai tambah bagi
pemegang saham dalam jangka panjang.

Type of Material Information or Facts Use of Proceeds (PMHMETD I)
Description of Material Information or The information in this Disclosure has been prepared by the
Facts Company in compliance with the prevailing laws and
regulations in the Capital Market sector, in connection with The
Plan to Change the Entire Use of Proceeds from the Limited
Public Offering in connection with the Capital Increase by
Granting Pre-emptive Rights I of the Company in 2025
(PMHMETD I), as stipulated in Article 16 of Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 40 of 2025 regarding the Use of
Proceeds from Public Offerings (POJK 40/2025).
Impact of event, material information or The Plan to Change the Use of Proceeds constitutes a
facts towards Issuers or Public strategic step by the Company to accelerate broadband
Company’s operational activities, legal, service development through the more adaptive and efficient
financial condition, or going concern FWA project. This change is expected to expedite revenue
generation, optimize the utilization of the 1.4 GHz spectrum as
a strategic asset, and maintain the Company healthy financial
structure. Overall, this initiative is expected to have a positive
impact on business performance and create long-term value
for shareholders.
