PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Announced the Full Year of 2025 Financial Performance
Jakarta, February 27, 2026
PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (SIMP Group or the Company) today reported its audited consolidated financial
statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 (FY2025).
In FY2025, Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) nucleus production declined 2% yoy to 2.71 million tonnes. However, total CPO
production rose 4% yoy to 733 thousand tonnes in line with higher FFB from external.
SIMP Group reported total sales of Rp21,06 trillion in FY2025 or 32% higher than FY2024 mainly due to higher average
selling prices and sales volume of palm products and edible oils & fats products.
In FY2025, SIMP Group reported a positive set of results. Gross profit rose 13% yoy to Rp5.47 trillion, operating profit
increased 21% yoy to Rp4.00 trillion and profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent increased 33% yoy to
Rp2.07 trillion. Core profit grew 26% yoy to Rp2.91 trillion.
SIMP Group’s net gearing ratio was 0.04x as of December 31, 2025 compared to 0.11x as of December 31, 2024.

PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (Grup SIMP atau Perseroan) hari ini melaporkan laporan keuangan konsolidasian yang
telah diaudit untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2025 (FY2025).
Pada FY2025, produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) inti turun 2% yoy menjadi 2,71 juta ton. Namun demikian, total
produksi CPO naik 4% yoy menjadi 733 ribu ton seiring dengan kenaikan TBS dari eksternal.
Grup SIMP mencatat penjualan sebesar Rp21,06 triliun di FY2025 atau naik 32% dibandingkan FY2024 terutama
karena kenaikan harga jual rata-rata dan volume penjualan produk sawit dan produk minyak & lemak nabati.
Pada FY2025, Grup SIMP mencatat kinerja yang positif. Laba bruto meningkat 13% yoy menjadi Rp5,47 triliun, laba
usaha naik 21% yoy menjadi Rp4,00 triliun dan laba tahun berjalan yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas
induk naik 33% yoy menjadi Rp2,07 triliun. Core profit tumbuh 26% yoy menjadi Rp2,91 triliun.
Rasio pengungkit neto (net gearing) Grup SIMP pada 31 Desember 2025 sebesar 0,04x dibandingkan 0.11x pada 31
Desember 2024.
