PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Announced the Full Year of 2025 Financial Performance
Jakarta, February 27, 2026
PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (Lonsum or the Company) today reported its audited consolidated
financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 (FY2025).
In FY2025, Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) nucleus production declined 3% yoy to 1.14 million tonnes. However, total
CPO production rose 2% yoy to 292 thousand tonnes in line with higher FFB from external.
Lonsum reported total sales of Rp5.51 trillion in FY2025 or 21% higher than FY2024 mainly due to higher average
selling prices and sales volume of palm products.
In FY2025, Lonsum reported a positive set of results. Gross profit rose 14% yoy to Rp2.26 trillion, operating profit
increased 30% yoy to Rp2.01 trillion and profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent increased 28%
yoy to Rp1.89 trillion. Lonsum had no bank loan as of December 31, 2025.
Mr. Tan Agustinus Dermawan, the President Director of Lonsum commented, “Lonsum delivered a positive
performance in FY2025 amid continued agribusiness challenges, including commodity price volatility, adverse
weather and global uncertainties. Among others, Lonsum’s focuses remains on improving cost control and
efficiency, improving operations and productivity and also prioritising capital investments while implementing
sustainable agricultural practices”.

PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (Lonsum atau Perseroan) hari ini melaporkan laporan keuangan
konsolidasian yang telah diaudit untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2025 (FY2025).
Pada FY2025, produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) inti turun 3% yoy menjadi 1,14 juta ton. Namun demikian, total
produksi CPO naik 2% yoy menjadi 292 ribu ton seiring dengan kenaikan TBS dari eksternal.
Lonsum membukukan penjualan sebesar Rp5,51 triliun di FY2025, atau naik 21% yoy dibandingkan FY2024
terutama karena kenaikan harga jual rata-rata dan volume penjualan produk sawit.
Pada FY2025, Lonsum mencatat kinerja yang positif. Laba bruto meningkat 14% yoy menjadi Rp2,26 triliun, laba
usaha naik 30% yoy menjadi Rp2,01 triliun dan laba tahun berjalan yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik
entitas induk naik 28% yoy menjadi Rp1,89 triliun. Lonsum tidak ada pendanaan melalui hutang bank pada
tanggal 31 Desember 2025.
Bapak Tan Agustinus Dermawan, Presiden Direktur Lonsum mengatakan, “Lonsum mencatatkan kinerja yang
positif pada tahun 2025 ditengah berbagai tantangan pada sektor agribisnis yang terus berlanjut, termasuk
volatilitas harga komoditas, kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu dan ketidakpastian global. Fokus Lonsum,
diantaranya, tetap pada pengendalian biaya dan efisiensi, optimalisasi kegiatan operasional dan produktivitas
serta memprioritaskan investasi modal dengan tetap menerapkan praktik-praktik agrikultur secara
berkelanjutan.”
