                                               a. PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia (SBI) is an Indonesian public
                                               company engaged in the building materials industry,
                                               specifically cement and ready-mix concrete.
                                               b. The purpose and scope of the umbrella contract is the
                                               Provision of Cement Bag Transportation Services from the
                                               Narogong Plant to the Distribution Center of PT. Solusi
                                               Bangun Indonesia (SBI), covering the areas of Tangerang
                                               Regency, Tangerang City, South Tangerang, and Bandar
                                               Lampung.
                                               c. The value of this umbrella contract is the sum of all POs to
                                               be issued during the contract period, ranging from IDR
                                               800,000,000 to IDR 1,700,000,000 per month or equivalent to
                                                Rp 10,680,000,000 to Rp 20,400,000,000 per year.
                                               d. The contract period is valid for 2 years from the date of
                                               signing.
                                               e. The impact of this contract is an increase in operational
                                               activities and an increase in the Company's revenue. In
                                               addition, the contract has no legal implications as it complies
                                               with applicable regulations and laws.
