Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT. Menteng Heritage Realty Tbk.
Melalui anak usaha nya PT. Wijaya Wisesa Bakti selaku
pengelola hotel dengan brand Pomelotel telah melakukan
pelunasan atas fasilitas kredit di KB Bank senilai Rp. 18 M
melalui cash internal group.
Dengan pelunasan tersebut, selaras dengan strategi corporate
plan jangka pendek dalam quick win terutama dalam good
corporate governance berbasis management risiko.
Selaras dengan hal tersebut diatas kinerja keuangan
perseroan akan jauh lebih baik dan menuju arah perbaikan yg
signifikan. Strategi perseroan juga akan lebih aggressive
dalam menjalin kerjasama dengan On-Line Travel Agent
(OTA), dimana sekarang ini kontribusi OTA sekitar 70% - 75%
dari pendapatan kamar khusus nya bagi Pomelotel yg fokus
terhadap segmen budget hotel.

Description of Material Information or PT Menteng Heritage Realty Tbk, through its subsidiary PT
Facts Wijaya Wisesa Bakti, as the hotel operator under the
Pomelotel brand, has fully repaid its credit facility at KB Bank
amounting to IDR 18 billion utilizing internal group cash funds
Such repayment is aligned with the Companys short-term
corporate plan strategy in achieving quick wins, particularly in
strengthening good corporate governance based on risk
management principles.
In line with the above, the Companys financial performance is
expected to improve significantly and move toward a stronger
recovery trajectory. The Company will also adopt a more
aggressive strategy in establishing partnerships with Online
Travel Agents, which currently contribute approximately 70 to
75 Percent of room revenue, particularly for Pomelotel, which
focuses on the budget hotel segment.
