Produksi Perangkat Rumah Tangga
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Manajemen melaporkan perkembangan pembangunan
fasilitas produksi dengan luas bangunan lebih kurang 10,000
meter persegi di Cileungsi, Bogor, yang saat ini telah
mencapai progress 70%.
Pembangunan ini terdiri atas 2 (dua) bangunan yang masing-
masing berkonstruksi 2 (dua) lantai yang dirancang untuk
keperluan lini perakitan modern yang berstandar global.
Pembangunan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari mandat RUPS-
LB (12 September 2024) terkait perluasan tempat usaha dan
RUPS-T (30 April 2025) tentang penjaminan aset untuk
pendanaan peningkatan kapasitas produksi.
Fasilitas ini akan difokuskan pada produksi perangkat dapur
elektrik seperti rice cooker, air fryer, oven listrik, mesin kopi
serta peralatan masak modern dan canggih berbahan baja
tahan karat dan materi titanium yang fasilitasnya sebagian
besar menggunakan teknologi berbasis robotik.

Memperkuat posisi SCNP sebagai pemain kunci di pasar
domestik dan memberikan nilai tambah berkelanjutan bagi
pemegang saham melalui penguatan basis produksi nasional.

Disclosure of Information: Progress of Construction of
Type of Material Information or Facts Household Appliance Production Facilities
Description of Material Information or Management reported on progress of the construction of
Facts production facility with building area of approximately 10,000
square meters in Cileungsi, Bogor, which has reached 70%
progress.
This construction consists of two buildings, each with two
floors, designed to accomodate a modern, global standard
assembly line.
This development follows up on the mandate of the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS)
(September 12, 2024) regarding the expansion of the business
premises and the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(AGMS) (April 30, 2025) regarding asset guarantees to fund
increased production capacity.
This facility will focus on the production of electric kitchen
appliances such as rice cookers, air fryers, electric ovens,
coffee makers and modern, sophisticated cookware made from
stainless steel and titanium, largely utilizing robotics based
technology.
