Tanggapan Perseroan : Perseroan sampai
saat ini tidak memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat.
Company's Response: The Company
currently has no plans to take corporate
actions in the near future.
6. Pertanyaan Bursa 6 : Rencana pemegang
saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan
sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary
menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada
pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.
6. Bourse Ouestion 6 : Major shareholder
plans regarding their ownership of the
Company's shares. In this regard, please have
the Corporate Secretary inguire first with the
major shareholders in responding to this
confirmation.
Tanggapan Perseroan : Corporate Secretary
telah mengkonfirmasi kepada Sumitomo
Electric Industries, Ltd selaku pemegang
saham pengendali/utama Perseroan (“SEI”)
dan mendapatkan konfirmasi bahwa SEI
bahwa SEI tidak memiliki rencana lainnya
terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan.
Company's Response: The Corporate
Secretary has confirmed with Sumitomo
Electric — Industries — Ltd — as the
controlling/major shareholder of the
Company ("SEI") and received confirmation
that SEI has no other plans related to its
ownership of shares in the Company.
