VMA bergerak dalam bidang aktivitas pelayanan kepelabuhanan laut. Pengambilalihan saham ini akan memperkuat sinergi operasional melalui integrasi rantai nilai pit-to-port guna mendukung ekspansi usaha Perseroan. Pembelian tersebut telah dimuat di dalam Akta Jual Beli Saham No. 36 tanggal 24 Februari 2026 dan Akta Jual Beli Saham No. 37 tanggal 24 Februari 2026, yang dibuat di hadapan Notaris Laurens Gunawan, S.H., M.Kn Notaris di On 24 February 2026, the Company, through its indirectly owned subsidiary with more than 9996 ownership, PT Petrosindo Sinergi Alur (“PSA”), entered into a share purchase agreement for 559 of the shares in PT Vista Maritim Asia (“VMA”), comprising 509 from Mr. Lius Kastomo and 546 from Mr. Jalu Yogo Santoso, of the total issued and paid-up capital of VMA. VMA operates in the sea port services operations sector. This share acguisition will strengthen operational synergies through the integration of the pit-to-port value chain in order to support the Company's business expansion.
