Division of Company Valuation 2 Dengan hormat, Kami mengacu pada Surat dari Bursa No. S-02450/BEI.PP2/02-2026 — tanggal 22 Februari 2026 perihal — Permintaan Penjelasan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Bersama ini PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk. (“Perseroan”), menyampaikan penjelasan atas pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang disampaikan oleh Bursa, sebagaimana diuraikan dibawah ini. Penjelasan ini disusun berdasarkan data dan informasi yang tersedia pada Perseroan hingga tanggal penyampaian surat ini, serta merujuk pada laporan keuangan Perseroan dan keterbukaan informasi yang telah disampaikan sebelumnya kepada publik, dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip keterbukaan informasi dan penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. 1. Latar belakang atau pertimbangan pembentukan entitas anak baru, PT Marinova Protein Internasional (MPI) Jawaban: Latar belakang dan pertimbangan entitas anak Perseroan, PT Realfood Winta Asia Dear Sir/Madam, We refer to the Exchanges Letter No. $-02450/BEI.PP2/02-2026 dared 22 February 2026 regarding the Reguest for Explanation. In this regard, PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”) hereby submits its explanations in response to the guestions raised by the Exchange, as outlined below. This explanation has been prepared based on the data and information available to the Company as of the date of this letter and refers to the Company s financial statements and information disclosures previously submitted to the public, while continuing to observe the principles of information disclosure and the implementation of good corporate governance. Background or considerations for the establishment of a new subsidiary, PT Marinova Protein Internasional (MPI) Response: The background and considerations for the Company s subsidiary, PT Realfood Winta Asia PT. INDONESIA (RWA), membentuk entitas anak baru yaitu MPI dilakukan sesuai dengan strategi bisnis diversifikasi — Perseroan serta — untuk memastikan agar Perseroan fokus pada pelaksanaan kegiatan usaha — yang berkelanjutan, sehingga tidak mengganggu kegiatan usaha dan bisnis yang telah dijalankan oleh Perseroan dan RWA. 2. Diferensiasi produk MPI dengan produk Perseroan dan PT Realfood Winta Asia (RWA) Jawaban: PT RWA berfokus pada pengembangan produk berbasis bioaktif sarang burung walet. Sedangkan, PT MPI (Marinova Protein Internasional) berfokus pada produk kesehatan turunan perikanan, khususnya pemanfaatan bahan baku laut untuk produk nutrisi dan kesehatan. Dengan demikian, kedua entitas memiliki perbedaan sumber bahan baku dan arah pengembangan produk. 3. Nilai setoran modal RWA kepada MPI Jawaban: Nilai setoran modal RWA kepada MPI sesuai dengan Akta Pendirian No. 18 tanggal 19 Januari 2026 yang dibuat oleh Eni Zubaidah, S.H., Notaris di Bojonegoro, dan telah mendapat pengesahan dari Kementerian Hukum Republik Indonesia No. AHU-0013843.AH.O1.01.Tahun 2026 tanggal 18 Februari 2026 adalah sebesar Rp 999.000.000,- (sembilan ratus sembilan puluh sembilan juta Rupiah). (RWA), in establishing a new subsidiary, namely MPI, are in line with the Company s business diversification strategy and aimed at ensuring that the Company remains Jocused on the implementation of sustainable business activities, s0 as not to disrupt the existing business operations conducted by the Company and RWA. Product differentiation between MPI and the products of the Company and PT Realfood Winta Asia (RWA) Response: PT RWA focuses on the development of bioactive products derived from edible bird s nest. Meanwhile, PT MPI (Marinova Protein Internasional) focuses on health products derived from fisheries, particularly the utilization of marine raw materials for nutrition and health products. Accordingly, both entities have different sources of raw materials and distinct product development directions. Amount of capital contribution from RWA to MPI Response: The amount of capital contribution from RWA to MPI, in accordance with Deed of Establishment No. 18 dated 19 January 2026 drawn up by Eni Zubaidah, S.H., Notary in Bojonegoro, and approved by the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia under Approval No. AHU-0013843.AH.01.01. Year 2026 dated 18 February 2026, is Rp 999,000,000 (nine hundred ninety-nine million Rupiah).

Sumber dana setoran modal RWA kepada MPI Jawaban: Sumber dana setoran modal RWA kepada MPI adalah hasil dari operasional RWA. 5.Apakah setoran modal RWA kepada MPI, serta belanja modal dan modal kerja MPI, telah/akan menggunakan dana hasil Penawaran ' Umum Perdana — Saham Perseroan? Jika iya, maka bagaimana kesesuaiannya dengan rencana penggunaan dana yang diungkapkan di Prospektus? Jawaban: Setoran modal RWA kepada MPI tidak menggunakan dana hasil Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham Perseroan. Perseroan memastikan penggunaan dana hasil Penawaran ' Umum Perdana — Saham Perseroan digunakan sebagaimana telah diungkapkan dalam Prospektus 6.Informasi atau fakta material lainnya yang belum diungkapkan Jawaban: Tidak ada informasi atau fakta material lainnya yang belum diungkapkan Perseroan. Source of funds for RWAs capital contribution to MPI Response: The source of funds for RWAS capital contribution to MPI is derived fiom RWAS operational results. 5. Whether the capital contribution from RWA to MPI, as well as MPIS capital expenditures and working capital, has used or will use proceeds from the Company Initial Public Offering (IPO). If yes, how does this align with the use of the proceeds plan disclosed in the Prospectus? Response: The capital contribution from RWA to MPI does not use proceeds from the Company 5 Initial Public Offering. The Company ensures that the proceeds fom the Initial Public Offering are used in accordance with the use of proceeds plan as disclosed in the Prospectus. 6. Other material information or facts not yet disclosed Response: There is no other material information or Jacts that have not been disclosed by the Company.
