Uraian Informasi/Fakta Material:

Berdasarkan keputusan para pemegang saham

Perseroan sebagaimana dinyatakan pada

Keputusan Sirkuler Pemegang Saham sebagai

Pengganti Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar

Biasa Perseroan (“Keputusan Sirkuler”)

tanggal 9 Februari 2026, para pemegang

saham Perseroan menerima dan menyetujui
beberapa hal berikut ini:

1. Menerima dan menyetujui pengunduran
diri Choi, Ho Jung sebagai Direktur
Perseroan sebagaimana tercantum
berdasarkan Surat Pengunduran Diri
sebagai Direktur PT KB Finansia Multi
Finance tanggal 31 Desember 2025 yang
berlaku efektif sejak tanggal Keputusan
Sirkuler.

2. Menyetujui memberikan dengan hormat

pelepasan dan pembebasan tanggung
jawab sepenuhnya (Vvolledig acguit et de
Charge) kepada Bapak Choi, Ho Jung atas
tugas dan tindakan pengawasan dan
pengurusan dalam Perseroan selama masa
jabatannya dan sepanjang yang dilakukan
diakui dan disetujui oleh para Pemegang
Saham serta tercermin dalam Laporan
Keuangan Perseroan.

3. Menerima dan menyetujui pengangkatan

Jae Wook Yoo sebagai Tenaga Ahli
Perseroan yang berlaku efektif sejak
tanggal persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan.

4. Menerima dan menyetujui pengangkatan

kembali Hery Susanto Dermawan sebagai
Direktur Perseroan yang berlaku efektif
sejak tanggal Keputusan Sirkuler.

5. Sehubungan dengan keputusan-keputusan

tersebut diatas maka susunan Direksi
Perseroan akan menjadi sebagai berikut:

Wakil Direktur Utama: Kisup Wi

Description of Material
Information/Facts:

Based on the decision of the Company's

shareholders as stated in the Circular

Resolutions of Shareholders in Lieu of the

Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of

Shareholders (“Circular Resolution”) dated

February 9" 2026, the shareholders of the

Company accepted and agreed to the

following matters:

1. Accepted and approved the resignation of
Choi, Ho Jung as a Director of the
Company as stated on the Letter of
Resignation as Director of PT KB Finansia
Multi Finance dated 31 December 2025,
which will be effective from the date of the
Circular Resolution.

2. Approved to honorably grant a full release
and discharge of responsibility (volledig
acguit et de charge) to Mr. Choi, Ho Jung
for the duties and actions of supervision
and management within the Company
during his tenure and to the extent that
such corporate actions are acknowledged
and approved by the Shareholders as well
as reflected in the Company's Financial
Statements.

3. Accepted and approved the appointment
of Jae Wook Yoo as an Expert of the
Company, which will be effective from the
date of the approval from the Financial
Services Authority.

4. Accepted and approved the
re-appointment — of Hery Susanto
Dermawan as a Director of the Company,
which will be effective from the date of the
Circular Resolution.

5. In relation to the aforesaid resolution, the
composition of the Board of Directors of
the Company shall become as follows:

Vice President Director: Kisup Wi

Data Number AHU-AH.01.09-0096321 dated February
