Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)

The Company has not had plans to take corporate action in the near future,
including corporate plans that will resultin the listing ofthe Company's shares on the
Stock Exchange (at least in the next3 months)

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di

Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, Corporate Secretary agar menanyakan terlebih dahulu
kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

The main shareholder's plans are related to their share ownership in the Company.
In this case, the Corporate Secretary should ask the main shareholders first to
answer the confirmation.

Sesuai dengan informasi yang perseroan dapatkan dari Pemegang Saham Utama hingga
saat ini Pemegang Saham Utama belum ada rencana apapun Pemegang Saham Utama
terkait dengan Kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
