Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 20 Februari 2026, Perseroan, telah
menandatangani kontrak jasa pertambangan jangka panjang
dengan PT Adaro Indonesia (Adaro) untuk area Tambang
Tutupan Selatan yang terletak di Tanjung Tabalong,
Kalimantan Selatan.
Masa kontrak akan berlangsung dari 1 April 2026 hingga 31
Desember 2030, dengan total volume diperkirakan sekitar 239
juta bcm untuk pengupasan lapisan tanah penutup dan 44 juta
ton batu bara. Para pihak dalam kontrak ini tidak memiliki
hubungan afiliasi
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kontrak dengan Adaro diharapkan akan memberikan dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan positif terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan, serta
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan operasional Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or On 20 February 2026, the Company, entered into a long-term
Facts mining services contract with PT Adaro Indonesia (Adaro) for
the South Tutupan Mine located in Tanjung Tabalong, South
Kalimantan.
The contract term will be effective from 1 April 2026 to 31
December 2030, with an estimated volumes of 239 million bcm
of overburden removal and 44 million tonnes of coal. The
parties to this contract have no affiliation.
