On 20 February 2026, PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (“BUMA”),
a controlled subsidiary of the Company, entered into a long-term
mining services contract with PT Adaro Indonesia (“Adaro”) for the
South Tutupan Mine located in Tanjung Tabalong, South
Kalimantan.
The contract term will be effective from 1 April 2026 to 31
December 2030, with an estimated volumes of 239 million bcm of
overburden removal and 44 million tonnes of coal. The parties to
this contract have no affiliation.
