Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menunjuk kepada ketentuan dalam POJK No.
31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Atas Informasi Atau
Fakta Material oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik, bersama
ini kami informasikan bahwa pada tanggal 19 Februari 2026,
PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. (PT BFI) selaku Entitas Induk
dari PT Finansial Integrasi Teknologi (PT FIT) telah menerima
Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Para Pemegang Saham di Luar
Rapat (Sirkuler) No. 10 tanggal 11 Februari 2026 yang
menyatakan bahwa para pemegang saham PT FIT telah
menyetujui penghentian kegiatan usaha sebagai
Penyelenggara Layanan Pendanaan Bersama Berbasis
Teknologi Informasi (LPBBTI). PT FIT telah mengajukan
permohonan pencabutan izin usaha sebagai Penyelenggara
LPBBTI kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan saat ini
permohonan tersebut sedang dalam proses.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, penghentian kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan usaha PT FIT sebagai Penyelenggara LPBBTI tidak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, menimbulkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kegiatan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau operasional, kondisi keuangan, maupun keberlangsungan
Perusahaan Publik usaha PT BFI.

Description of Material Information or Referring to the provisions in POJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015
Facts concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by
Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby inform that on
February 19, 2026, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. (PT BFI)
as the Parent Entity of PT Finansial Integrasi Teknologi (PT
FIT), received Deed of Statement of Shareholders' Resolutions
Outside of Meeting (Circular) No. 10 dated February 11, 2026,
stating that the shareholders of PT FIT have approved the
termination of its business activities as an Information
Technology-Based Joint Funding Service Provider (LPBBTI).
PT FIT has submitted an application to the Financial Services
Authority (OJK) for the revocation of its business license as an
LPBBTI Provider, and the application is currently being
processed.
Impact of event, material information or In related with that matter, the termination of PT FIT's business
facts towards Issuers or Public activities as an LPBBTI Operator does not have a significant
Company’s operational activities, legal, impact on the operational activities, financial condition, or
financial condition, or going concern business continuity of PT BFI.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
