Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sesuai dengan Akta Nomor 01 tanggal 20 Februari 2026 yang
dibuat di hadapan Notaris Devia Buniarto, S.H., M.Kn., kami
menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi bahwa Entitas Anak
Perseroan (PT Carsurin Certiva International) telah
melakukan Peningkatan Modal Dasar dan Modal
ditempatkan/disetor sebagai berikut:
a. Peningkatan Modal Dasar Entitas Anak Perseroan semula
sebesar Rp1.000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah) menjadi
Rp5.000.000.000,- (lima miliar rupiah) yang terbagi atas 5.000
(lima ribu) lembar saham;
b. Peningkatan modal disetor dan ditempatkan Entitas Anak
Perseroan semula Rp250.000.000,- (dua ratus lima puluh juta
rupiah) menjadi Rp5.000.000.000,- (lima miliar rupiah) yang
terbagi atas 5.000 (lima ribu) lembar saham;
Sebelum Peningkatan Modal : Rp1.000.000.000,-
Sesudah Peningkatan Modal : Rp5.000.000.000,-
c. Dari peningkatan modal ditempatkan tersebut, berikut
komposisi pemegang saham PT Carsurin Certiva International:
PT Carsurin Tbk : 4.950 lembar saham (99%)
Sheila Maria Tiwan : 50 lembar saham(1%)
Total : 5.000 lembar saham (100%)
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Peningkatan setoran modal akan memberikan dampak yang
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan positif bagi Perseroan untuk menunjang kegiatan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan dan memperluas jaringan usaha sebagai bagian
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dari rencana strategis pengembangan usaha Perseroan dalam
Perusahaan Publik bidang sertifikasi layanan produk.

(PT Carsurin Certiva International) has Increase Authorized
Capital and Issued/Paid-up Capital as follows:
a. Increase the Authorized Capital of the Subsidiary of the
Company from IDR1,000,000,000,- (one billion rupiah) to
IDR5,000,000,000,- (five billion rupiah) which is divided into
5,000 (five thousands) shares.
b. Increase paid-up and issued capital of the Subsidiary of the
Company from IDR250,000,000,- (two hundreds fifty
thousands rupiah) to IDR5,000,000,000,- (five billion rupiah)
which is divided into 5,000 (five thousands) shares.
before increase in authorized capital : Rp1.000.000.000,-
after increase in authorized capitall : Rp5.000.000.000,-
c. Based on the increase in issued capital, the following is the
composition of PT Carsurin Certiva International shareholders:
