Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan telah berakhirnya pelaksanaan konversi
waran seri I Perseroan pada tanggal 11 Februari 2026, berikut
ini Kami sampaikan laporan hasil pelaksanaan konversi waran
seri I Perseroan dengan periode pelaksanaan sejak tanggal 14
Agustus 2024 - 11 Februari 2026 sebagai berikut:
a. Jumlah waran yang diterbitkan 480.000.000
b. Jumlah pelaksanaan waran 318.002.042
c. Jumlah waran yang tidak dilaksanakan 161.997.958
Sehingga sisa dari waran seri I yang tidak ditaksanakan
sampai dengan tanggal 11 Februari 2026 menjadi tidak
bertaku llagi

Company Series I Warrant conversion for the exercise period

b. Number of warrants exercised 318,002,042
c. Number of warrants not exercised 161,997,958
Accordingly, the remaining Series I Warrants that were not
