Informasi Sehubungan Dengan Rencana Pembelian Kembali
Saham Dalam Kondisi Pasar Yang Berfluktuasi Secara
Signifikan yang diterbitkan pada tanggal 10 Desember 2025,
serta ketentuan-ketentuan sebagai berikut:
1. Peraturan OJK Nomor 13 Tahun 2023 tentang
Kebijakan Dalam Menjaga Kinerja dan Stabilitas Pasar Modal
Pada Kondisi Pasar Yang Berfluktuasi Secara Signifikan
(POJK Nomor 13/2023);
2. Peraturan OJK No. 29 Tahun 2023 tentang
Pembelian Kembali Saham yang Dikeluarkan Oleh
Perusahaan Terbuka (POJK Nomor 29/2023); dan
3. Surat OJK Nomor S-102/D.04/2025 Tanggal 17
September 2025 tentang Kebijakan Pelaksanaan Pembelian
Kembali Saham yang Dikeluarkan Oleh Perusahaan Terbuka
Dalam Kondisi Pasar yang Berfluktuasi Secara Signifikan.
dengan ini kami menyampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah
melaksanakan Pembelian Kembali Saham seluruhnya. Total
saham yang dibeli kembali adalah sebanyak 1.638.793.874
lembar saham, atau sebesar 4,03% dari modal ditempatkan
dan disetor.
Jumlah dana yang telah digunakan Perseroan untuk
Pembelian Kembali Saham adalah sebesar Rp
949.999.969.885, atau 99,999997% dari perkiraan biaya yang
direncanakan yaitu sebanyak-banyaknya Rp 950.000.000.000.
Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham
Perseroan dinyatakan berakhir pada tanggal 13 Februari 2026,
atau lebih cepat dari jadwal pelaksanaan yang sebelumnya
disampaikan, yaitu tanggal 19 Februari 2026.

Significantly Fluctuating Market Conditions POJK No. 13/2023
OJK Regulation No. 29 of 2023 concerning Share Buybacks
Issued by Public Companies POJK No. 29/2023 and
OJK Letter No. S-102/D.04/2025 dated 17 September 2025
regarding the Policy on the Implementation of Share Buybacks
Issued by Public Companies under Significantly Fluctuating
Market Conditions
we hereby inform that the Company has fully completed the
implementation of its Share Buyback. The total number of
shares repurchased amounted to 1,638,793,874 shares
representing 4.03 percent of the issued and paid up capital.
The total funds utilized by the Company for the Share Buyback
amounted to IDR 949,999,969,885 representing 99.999997
percent of the planned estimated cost of up to a maximum of
IDR 950,000,000,000.
Accordingly the implementation of the Companys Share
Buyback is declared to have ended on 13 February 2026
earlier than the previously disclosed schedule of 19 February
2026.
