Fasilitas Pinjaman PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 11 Februari 2026 Perseroan menerima surat
pemberitahuan dari GLAS Agency Hong Kong Limited selaku
Agen yang menyatakan bahwa permohonan Perseroan
tertanggal 23 Januari 2026 untuk melaksanakan opsi
perpanjangan jangka waktu extension option atas Fasilitas A
dan Fasilitas B1 telah diterima oleh para pemberi pinjaman
Lenders
Perpanjangan fasilitas pinjaman ini berlaku untuk jangka waktu
selama 1 satu tahun terhitung sejak tanggal 24 April 2026
sampai dengan tanggal 24 April 2027
Sehubungan dengan perpanjangan tersebut saldo terutang
Perseroan atas fasilitas pinjaman adalah sebagai berikut
Fasilitas A
USD 12.528.211 dua belas juta lima ratus dua puluh delapan
ribu dua ratus sebelas dolar Amerika Serikat
Fasilitas B1
USD 4.000.000 empat juta dolar Amerika Serikat
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas pelaksanaan opsi perpanjangan fasilitas pinjaman tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memberikan dampak yang mengganggu kinerja operasional
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dan keuangan Perseroan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik Tidak terdapat dampak negatif material terhadap kegiatan
operasional kondisi keuangan aspek hukum maupun
kelangsungan usaha Perseroan

Disclosure of Information on the Exercise of the Loan Facility
Type of Material Information or Facts Extension Option of PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk
Description of Material Information or On February 11 2026 the Company received a notification
Facts letter from GLAS Agency Hong Kong Limited acting as Agent
confirming that the Companys request dated January 23 2026
to exercise the extension option in respect of Facility A and
Facility B1 has been approved by the Lenders
The extension of the loan facility shall be effective for a period
of 1 one year commencing on April 24 2026 and ending on
April 24 2027
Following the extension the outstanding balances under the
facilities are as follows
Facility A
USD 12,528,211 twelve million five hundred twenty eight
thousand two hundred eleven United States Dollars
Facility B1
USD 4,000,000 four million United States Dollars
