Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan telah berakhirnya pelaksanaan konversi
waran seri I Perseroan pada tanggal 11 Februari 2026, berikut
ini Kami sampaikan laporan hasil pelaksanaan konversi waran
seri I Perseroan dengan periode pelaksanaan sejak tanggal 8
Agustus 2023 - 11 Februari 2026 dengan harga pelaksanaan
Rp150 (nominal Rp40) per warran sebagai berikut:
a. Jumlah waran yang diterbitkan 224.000.000
b. Jumlah pelaksanaan waran 80.995
c. Jumlah waran yang tidak dilaksanakan 223.919.005
Sehingga sisa dari waran seri I yang tidak ditaksanakan
sampai dengan tanggal 10 Januari 2024 menjadi tidak bertaku
lagi
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Facts Warrant conversion period on 11 February 2026, we hereby
submit the report on the results of the implementation of the
Series I Warrant conversion for the period from 8 August 2023
to 11 February 2026, at an exercise price of IDR 150 (par
value IDR 10) per warrant, as follows:
a Total number of warrants issued 565,000,000
b Total number of warrants exercised 428,729,117
c Total number of warrants not exercised 136,270,883
Accordingly, the remaining Series I Warrants that were not
exercised as of 11 February 2026 have expired and are no
longer valid.
