On February 11, 2026, PT Samindo Resources Tbk reported an affiliate transaction to the OJK involving a cash capital
injection of IDR 270 billion into its 99.9%-owned subsidiary, PT Sentra Terra Indonesia (STI). Intended to strengthen
STI's capital structure and support its operational working capital, this transaction is confirmed to be neither a material
transaction nor a conflict of interest under POJK No. 42/2020 and POJK No. 17/2020 regulations.
