Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Argo Pantes Tbk. dengan ini mengumumkan bahwa pada
11 Februari 2026 telah dilakukan penandatanganan kontrak
sewa penting untuk masa 10 tahun dengan PT Global Yimi
Cargo senilai Rp 221 miliar. Kontrak non-afiliasi ini
dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan nilai jangka panjang,
meningkatkan pendapatan dan pendayagunaan aset, dan
tidak berdampak negatif pada operasional, status hukum, atau
kondisi keuangan Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak kepada Perseroan atas penandatanganan Perjanjian
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Sewa ini adalah:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, 1. Meningkatkan pendapatan dan tingkat okupansi lahan sewa

bolster revenue, and optimizing asset utilization. This
transaction does not have any adverse impact on the
Company's operations, legal standing, or financial condition.
