Ir@unitedtractors.com E-mail address Pada tanggal 15 September 2025, Perseroan telah melakukan keterbukaan informasi kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan melalui surat nomor 119/CORP/9981/1X/25 (“Keterbukaan Informasi 15 September 2025”). Perseroan dengan ini memberitahukan bahwa pada tanggal 11 Februari 2026, DTN dan EPN telah menyelesaikan Rencana Transaksi. On 15 September 2025, the Company conducted disclosure information to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan through letter number 119/CORP/9981/1X/25 (“Disclosure Information 15 September 2025”). The Company hereby informs that on 11 February 2026, DTN and EPN have completed the Proposed Transaction. Nilai transaksi adalah sebesar nilai yang dicantumkan dalam Keterbukaan Informasi 15 September 2025. Kecuali disebutkan berbeda, (i) informasi yang telah disampaikan dalam Keterbukaan Informasi 15 September 2025 masih tetap sama dan tidak berubah, dan (ii) kata-kata yang ditulis dengan huruf kapital dalam keterbukaan informasi ini memiliki makna yang sama sebagaimana tercantum dalam Keterbukaan Informasi 15 September 2025.
