Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material I. Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk, telah memberikan
pinjaman kepada anak perusahaan yaitu PT Sinar Mas
Multifinance, berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat
sebanyak-banyaknya sebesar Rp. 800.000.000.000,- (
delapan ratus miliar Rupiah ).
II. Jumlah pinjaman tersebut tidak melebihi 20 % dari
ekuitas Perusahaan , sehingga pinjaman tersebut tidak
bersifat material.
III Perjanjian dilakukan pada tanggal 10 Februari 2026
IV. Jangka waktu Pinjaman adalah 5 ( lima ) tahun.
V. Suku Bunga Pinjaman adalah sebesar 8,25 % (
delapan koma dua puluh lima persen ) efektif per annum yang
wajib dibayarkan oleh PT Sinar Mas Multifinance setiap akhir
bulan atau pada saat jatuh tempo.

Description of Material Information or I. That PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk has provided a loan to its

Jakarta, in the amount of up to IDR 800,000,000,000 (eight
hundred billion Rupiah).
II. The loan amount does not exceed 20% of the Company's
equity, therefore, the loan is not material.
III. The agreement was executed on February 10, 2026.
IV. The loan term is 5 (five) years.
V. The loan interest rate is 8.25% (eight point twenty-five
percent) effective per annum, which must be paid by PT Sinar
Mas Multifinance at the end of each month or upon maturity.
