 Safeguarding Safety, Nurturing Sustainability: Elnusa’s HSSE
               Performance Throughout 2025
Jakarta, 10 February 2026 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: Elnusa), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) and part of Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding,
reaffirmed its strong commitment to implementing Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) principles throughout 2025. This commitment is
reflected in Elnusa’s positive HSSE performance achievements, both in lagging and leading indicators, as part of its continuous efforts to create a safe,
healthy, and sustainable working environment.

Throughout 2025, Elnusa consistently implemented various flagship programs aimed at enhancing HSSE awareness and compliance among its workforce
across all operational lines. Strengthening HSSE governance was demonstrated through active leadership involvement, including the implementation of 145
Management Walkthroughs (MWT) to monitor the application of safety standards in the field. Manager participation in these activities reached 100%,
reflecting a strong leadership commitment to workplace safety. In addition, Mandatory HSSE training programs—including Virtual Demo Room, HSSE
Culture, and Stress Management were completed by all employees, achieving a 100% completion rate.

From an environmental perspective, Elnusa consistently contributed to decarbonisation efforts. In 2025, the Company recorded a carbon emission reduction
of 3,079 tons of CO₂e, exceeding its established targets and demonstrating a tangible contribution to emission reduction and the achievement of corporate
sustainability goals.

Meanwhile, Elnusa conducted 1,475 emergency and safety drills across all operational areas and achieved a 99% completion rate for Hazard Observation
Cards (HOC), reflecting a proactive culture in identifying and controlling potential workplace hazards. Incidents recorded during the year were classified as
minor and managed in accordance with established procedures, consisting of 2 Medical Treatment Cases (MTC) and 7 First Aid Cases (FAC).

All recorded incidents formed part of Elnusa’s continuous improvement process to further strengthen risk control measures and reinforce its safety culture.
Throughout 2025, the Company recorded a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0.09, remaining well below the threshold of 0.20, as well as a Number
of Accidents (NoA) of zero, including no fatalities, no oil spills exceeding 10 kilolitres, and no asset damage resulting in losses exceeding USD 5 million.

Elnusa also consistently reinforced the implementation of Corporate Life Saving Rules (CLSR), particularly in controlling Line of Fire risks, as mandatory work
behaviour standards aligned with the Company’s zero tolerance approach to serious safety risks.

The HSSE performance achievements in 2025 reflect Elnusa’s unwavering commitment to placing health, safety, security, and environmental protection as
top operational priorities. Looking ahead, Elnusa will continue to strengthen its HSSE systems, culture, and leadership to support business sustainability and
deliver sustainable value for all stakeholders.
