Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 9 Februari 2026, Perseroan telah
menyampaikan surat No.: 007/Indonet/Dir-Srt/II/2026 perihal
Permohonan Pembatalan Pencatatan (Delisting) dan
Permohonan Suspensi Efek kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia
(BEI) dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) (Permohonan
Delisting & Suspensi Efek).
Pada tanggal 10 Februari 2026, BEI telah memutuskan untuk
melakukan penghentian sementara perdagangan sementara
saham Perseroan berdasarkan surat No: Peng-SPT-
00002/BEI.PP2/02-2026 perihal Penghentian Sementara
Perdagangan Efek. Oleh karenanya, perdagangan saham
Perseroan telah dihentikan terhitung sejak sesi pertama
Perdagangan Efek hari Selasa tanggal 10 Februari 2026.
Adapun alasan dan tujuan Perseroan mengajukan
Permohonan Delisting & Suspensi Efek adalah dikarenakan
Perseroan bermaksud untuk melakukan perubahan status dari
perusahaan terbuka yang tercatat menjadi perusahaan
tertutup (Go Private) dan Delisting dari BEI.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kejadian ini tidak berdampak secara langsung terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional Perseroan, kondisi keuangan, dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Proses delisting dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau perubahan status Perseroan akan dilakukan sesuai dengan
Perusahaan Publik ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Description of Material Information or On 9 February 2026, the Company submitted letter No.:
Facts 007/Indonet/Dir-Srt/II/2026 regarding the Request of Delisting
and Request of Securities Suspension to the Indonesian Stock
Exchange (IDX) and the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan or OJK) (Request of Delisting & Securities
Suspension).
On 10 February 2026, IDX has decided to temporarily suspend
the trading of the shares of the Company based on letter No.:
Peng-SPT-00002/BEI.PP2/02-2026 regarding Temporary
Share Suspension Trading. Therefore, the trading of the
shares of the Company has been suspended as of first
session Securities Trading on Tuesday, 10 February 2026.
The reasons and objectives of the Company in submitting the
Request of Delisting & Securities Suspension is that the
Company intends to change its status from a publicly listed
company to a private company (Go Private) and Delisting from
IDX.
Impact of event, material information or This event does not have a direct impact on the operational
facts towards Issuers or Public activities, financial condition, or business continuity of the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company. The delisting process and the change in the status
financial condition, or going concern of the Company will be carried out in accordance with the
applicable laws and regulations.
