Sudirman Kav 52-53 Jakarta Selatan 12190, Indonesia Perihal : Tanggapan atas Permintaan Penjelasan Dengan hormat, Sehubungan dengan Surat Bursa Efek Indonsia tertanggal 4 Februari 2026 Nomor S-01785/BEI.PP1/02-2026 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan Bursa, yang diterima oleh PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (“Perseroan”) pada tanggal 6 Februari 2026. Atas hal tersebut, berikut dapat kami sampaikan : Pertanyaan Tanggapan Penyebab perorangan. Perseroan belum mengungkapkan Pemilik Manfaat tingkat Perseroan telah mengungkapkan Pemilik Manfaat akhir dalam keterbukaan informasi sebagai konsorsium Halim Jusuf, yang secara substansi telah menunjukkan bahwa Pemilik Manfaat tingkat akhir adalah Bapak Halim Jusuf selaku individu pengendali. Namun demikian, pada pelaporan Form E009 pencantuman masih menggunakan nomenklatur konsorsium/badan usaha karena mengikuti struktur kepemilikan formal. Kedepannya, Perseroan berkomitmen melakukan penyesuaian administratif agar dapat mengungkapkan informasi Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Bursa No. I-E. Informasi Pemilik — Manfaat tingkat perorangan Perseroan saat ini. Adapun pemilik manfaat tingkat akhir adalah Bapak Halim Jusuf. Selanjutnya, Perseroan juga menyampaikan koreksi Laporan Bulanan Registrasi Efek terakhir melalui koreksi Form EO0O9 yang disampaikan bersamaan dengan penyampaian tanggapan permintaan penjelasan ini. PP1/02-2026 regarding the Reguest for Explanation of the Exchange, received by PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (the "Company") on February 6, 2026. Forthis, we can convey the following: Ouestions Response The reason is that the Company has not | The Company has disclosed the ultimate beneficial owner disclosed the individual Beneficial Owner. as Halim Jusuf's consortium, which has substantially shown that the ultimate beneficial owner is Mr. Halim Jusuf as the controlling individual. However, in the reporting of Form E009, the listing still uses the nomenclature of consortium/business entity as it follows a formal ownership structure. In the future, the Company is committed to make necessary adjustments in order to disclose information on individual Beneficial Owners as stipulated in the Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-E.
