Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material I Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk berkedudukan di
Jakarta Pusat ( selanjutnya disebut SMMA ) telah melakukan
penjualan seluruh saham PT Dana Pinjaman Inkluisf , yaitu
sebanyak 7.600 ( tujuh ribu enam ratus) lembar saham atau
sebesar Rp. 7.600.000.000,- ( tujuh miliar enam ratus juta
Rupiah ) kepada Sino Ronhui New Material Co., Limited
berkedudukan di Hongkong.
II. Jumlah transaksi penjualan saham tidak melebihi 20
% dari ekuitas Perusahaan , sehingga transaksi tersebut
tidak bersifat material.
III. Transaksi tersebut dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa,
tanggal 10 Februari 2026.
IV. Bahwa atas penjualan tersebut bukan merupakan
transaksi afiliasi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik
