Press Release
Supported by Solid 2025 Operational Performance and 2026 Business
Growth Strategy, Elnusa Shares Reach Highest Level Since IPO
Jakarta, February 9, 2026 – PT Elnusa Tbk (IDX: ELSA), an integrated energy services company, recorded a significant milestone in the capital market as its
shares reached an all-time high (ATH) level of IDR 770 during trading on Wednesday (February 4). On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, ELSA shares have
strengthened by more than 40%, reflecting positive market sentiment toward the Company’s consistent operational performance and solid growth prospects
as perceived by investors.
The share price movement coincided with rising investor interest in energy services companies with strong fundamentals, a diversified business portfolio,
and strategic exposure to national energy security. ELSA’s stock performance also reflects a trend aligned with improvements in project execution quality,
operational discipline, and sustainable risk management throughout 2025.
Elnusa’s Corporate Secretary, Rustam Aji, stated that market appreciation of ELSA shares is inseparable from the Company’s resilient operational
performance amid ongoing dynamics in the energy industry. “Throughout 2025, Elnusa successfully maintained performance continuity through the
strengthening of operational excellence, the application of appropriate technologies, and a consistent safety culture across all business lines,” he said.
In the integrated upstream oil and gas services segment, Elnusa successfully completed several strategic seismic projects across key working areas. These
achievements reaffirm the Company’s technical and managerial capabilities in supporting oil and gas exploration and development activities in a timely,
efficient, and high-standard manner, which remains a key driver of revenue sustainability.
Within the Oil Field Services segment, Elnusa completed five HWU-150K wells in the Pertamina EP Cepu working area while fully implementing HSSE
standards and achieving zero safety incidents. Meanwhile, in the EPCOM business, the Company completed the EPC Booster Pump project ahead of schedule
and secured new contracts within the Pertamina Group, reflecting reliable project execution and sustained customer confidence.
Significant contributions also came from the energy distribution and logistics segment through Elnusa Petrofin, which recorded a 29% increase in fuel
distribution volumes and secured 42 new projects throughout 2025. This performance further strengthened Elnusa’s role within the national energy supply
chain while expanding its recurring revenue base.
In the oil and gas support services segment, Elnusa expanded its international footprint through OCTG service expansion in Algeria and participation in a 3D
seismic survey project in the waters of Songkhla, Thailand. Meanwhile, the data and warehouse management business managed 253 active contracts, with
asset utilization reaching 95%. These achievements reflect efficient asset management and the operational stability of Elnusa’s subsidiaries.
Entering 2026, Elnusa has set its strategic direction under the theme “Rediscover Technology and Innovation Edge,” focusing on strengthening innovation-
driven operational excellence, enhancing cost efficiency through cost leadership, and fostering more integrated synergies within the Elnusa Group and the
Pertamina Group ecosystem. With a strong fundamental foundation and a well-defined growth strategy, the Company remains optimistic about continuing
to create long-term value for shareholders and all stakeholders.
